You can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Shipping is free on all orders greater than $75. The SAMI Repository uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing.

Two-day shipping
Two-day shipping is available at an additional cost on in-stock items. You can see in the product description if your item is in stock.

For two-day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the table below to see when your item will arrive:

          Order before 5:00pm, Monday to Friday → Delivers in two business days
          Order before 5:00pm on a Friday → Delivers on Tuesday
          Order after 5:00pm, Monday to Friday → Delivers in three business days
          Order after 5:00pm on a Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday → Delivers on Wednesday

Next-day shipping
Next-day shipping is available at an additional cost on any in-stock items. You can see in the product description if your item is in stock.

For next-day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the table below to see when your item will arrive:

          Order before 5:00pm, Monday to Friday → Delivers in one business day
          Order before 5:00pm on a Friday → Delivers on Monday
          Order after 5:00pm, Monday to Friday → Delivers in two business days
          Order after 5:00pm on a Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday →Delivers on Tuesday

Guaranteed shipping services
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee.

          Courier Delivery → Delivers on the same day, within two hours (available during business hours on select items, to certain zip               codes)
          Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers in one business day
          Guaranteed Next Day Shipping, before noon → Delivers before noon the day after the product is available

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.

Available to Ship Time
The ‘Available to ship’ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays “Available to ship: 1 business day” the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While The SAMI Repository works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, customconfigured, and more popular items may have longer ship times

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Cost
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

Puerto Rico
Average transit time is 2-5 days.
Carriers deliver to Culebra and Vieques twice per week.
Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost.

Shopping in the U.S.
The SAMI Repository ships items within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.

Sales to U.S. territories
We are happy to ship your order to any address within the 50 United States if your billing address is within one of the following United States territories:
